Sanitizing mushrooms

Mushrooms are a crop that must be raised in sanitary conditions to produce the best yield. Typically, small amounts of quaternary ammonia are used to eliminate fungus and bacteria found in growing mushrooms. The ammonia must be applied in very small, precise amounts. Too much is a health hazard. The HN55 injects ammonia precisely enough to meet the standards set by the government and enforced via monthly inspections.
