Precise Chemical Monitoring Boosts Productivity Lowers Ownership Cost
 LARGO, Florida, May 23, 2005 - Business applications requiring adjustable, precision chemical injection and the ability to be easily monitored, are turning to Chemilizer's CP33, a unit that provides users with an attached flow meter for highly accurate, quick calculations regarding delivery of chemicals into the water by measuring gallons per hour (GPH) and ounces per hour (OPH).
The unit's adjustability and the range of water volumes it can accommodate make it ideal for water treatment, agriculture, irrigation, animal health and even industrial applications such as conveyer lube, line sanitation, wash down, vehicle wash and cleaning stations. Each of these applications requires exact injection volumes that can be effortlessly monitored and easily altered whenever necessary.

Depending upon the applications, the Chemilizer CP33 covers a wide range of water flows ranging from very low flows to several hundred GPM. The installation diverts only enough water from a total system flow to inject the desired amount of chemical resulting in minimal pressure drop. The rest of the water in the system flows past the injector. This design allows a single injector model to be used on pipes with diameters from ¾ inch up to six inches, something no other injector brand can do.
The injector connects to the water supply line into which the chemical must be injected. The procedure is completely automatic and operates only when the rest of the system operates. There is no need to turn the injector on or off. When monitoring the flow meter for changes, new calculation controls are easily dialed in. The flow meter provides a visual, easily understood indication of the current volume that is being injected, leaving the operator with nothing to remember - or forget.
When change in injection volume is needed, it is only a simple adjustment with direct visual feedback that the change has been made. When multiple chemicals must be injected that require downstream mixing, the remote injection feature makes it a snap.
Remarkably, the unit can be used wherever an electric injector is used but since it is water powered the need for electricity or potentially troublesome flow switches are eliminated. The company also offers an unprecedented, no-nonsense two-year warranty on all units that is unprecedented in the industry.
According to Stephen Sanders, a longtime CP33 user, the CP33 with its flow meter allows him to adjust precise amounts of Oxy Blast into the water system.
