Treatment of Pool Water

The treatment of water in swimming pools has historically been a challenge. For the average person, pH, free chlorine, combined chlorine, alkalinity, calcium hardness and cyanuric acid are a chemistry nightmare! Even for the pros who fully understand water chemistry, reaching the optimal balance and maintaining it in a swimming pool can be a challenge.

Chemilizer injectors are ideal for sanitizing pool water and maintaining pH levels. They effectively inject aqueous chlorine solutions or muriatic acid into the pool water providing for even distribution of chemicals throughout the pool, and preventing “hot spots” typically created by the use of floats and chlorine tablets.

Chemilizer’s injectors are non-electric, they are powered by water flow so they only inject chemicals when the water is flowing – that is when the pool’s pump system is operating. Unlike electric injectors, Chemilizer products will not over-inject chemicals into the pool water.

And, since our injectors are installed after the pool filtration and pump system, the chemicals injected will not cause damage to the pool equipment.

Chemilizer’s injectors easily work with automatic controllers for maintaining pool chemistry with the addition of simple solenoid valves. The automatic controller opens and closes the valves as needed, effectively starting and stopping the injector.
