Chemilizer New Check Valve Increases Investment Return
LARGO, Florida, April 19, 2005 - Chemilizer Products' engineers have upgraded a key component on all injectors that substantially contributes to longer, maintenance-free operation while lowering overall cost of ownership for users.
According to the company, a check valve that comes into direct contact with harsh chemicals such as chlorine, sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide has been upgraded. Following rigorous field tests, the new Viton Check Valve is documented to last five times longer than its predecessor. The new valve is now a standard component in all Chemilizer injector units purchased with a chlorine/medication chemical pump.
All Chemilizer's competitors require pre-filtration of water. Because Chemilizer injectors work as a diaphragm driven water motor, time consuming pre-filtration is not required. Additionally, use of a diaphragm eliminates need of a piston which can scar or corrode, causing loss of accuracy and eventual motor failure.
According to the company no chemicals enter the water motor which further extends motor life. Because operation of the injector relies on the natural flow of water to power the motor, no electricity is required which further reduces cost of ownership. The company also offers an unprecedented two-year warranty on all of its units.
Chemilizer Products, Inc. has produced quality injector units for over three decades for global users in agriculture, animal health and water management applications. Research, manufacturing and administrative activities are conducted in the company's modern 20,000 sq. ft. facility located in Largo, FL.
